We’re looking for a Search Quality Improvement Lead to help ensure the accuracy and relevance of Yandex search results in the Uzbek market. You’ll be working remotely under a service contract with Mellow, reviewing search results, refining task instructions, and helping onboard and support contributors. The role suits those with strong linguistic awareness and experience in web analytics or project coordination
Tasks to be performed

  • Evaluate search results
    You will assess the quality and relevance of search engine results in Uzbek, including 18+ content (for example, of an erotic nature)
  • Provide contributor support
    You will answer contributor questions in project chats and share helpful feedback
  • Maintain task documentation
    You will help update and clarify task instructions to ensure consistent quality
  • Handle complex cases
    You will take on assignments that require in-depth linguistic knowledge and attention to detail
  • Train and onboard new contributors
    You will assist with onboarding new contributors and deliver training sessions when needed
  • Review candidate pools
    You will help assess contributor pools and support overall task coordination
Join us if you
  • Are a native Uzbek speaker with strong cultural and linguistic awareness
  • Have at least an Intermediate+ level of English
  • Have experience working with web analytics tools and large data sets
  • Have participated in projects or managed cross-functional teams
  • Are comfortable with repetitive, detail-oriented tasks
  • Can work independently and handle a variety of assignments
  • Preferably have experience in training or task coordination
  • Have developed or managed training courses (preferred)
It’d be a plus if you
  • Are a senior student or graduate of TSEU, PDP, UzGUMYA, or the Financial Institute
  • Have a background in frontend development, data science, or financial analysis
To perform the tasks you will need
  • Desktop or laptop computer
  • Stable internet connection suitable for video calls
Project conditions
  •  Remote work format
  • Part-time engagement (minimum 20 hours per week, at least 4 hours per day)
  • Flexible schedule
  • Service contract with Mellow (self-employed individuals welcome to apply)
  • Task-based compensation (approximately $3.5/hour)
